Far below the surface, where the water grows dark and still, Mora rests among the slow currents of the deep. She watches the world above from afar, following shadows and movement with quiet curiosity. Though large and powerful, Mora moves with care, drifting slowly so she doesn’t disturb the delicate balance of teh ocean. When she reaches toward the surface to tap on ships’ hulls, it is always intended to be gentle. She often entertains herself by creating fish “plays” with her tentacles all playing different roles. She seems simple, but understands far more than she lets on.
